In this episode, I am sharing a real live session where I coached Lisa Murray. Lisa is a Nurse Coach, and a visionary, who likes to help clients identify their own vision. She doesn’t like to work - She likes to play! The intersection of Coaching as play has been a game changer for her. In this raw coaching session, we dive into a bunch of different topics like imposter syndrome, boundaries around technology, and being visible as your most authentic self.
I hope this episode will give all of you an idea of what coaching can look like, and illustrate that it doesn’t have to be all “a-ha” moments and huge breakthroughs… but it can simply be holding space for someone, asking powerful questions, and having them reflect and process through things in their own human experience.
