In this episode, I go into Part 3 of my series on Boundaries. This week, we’re talking all about energetic boundaries and tips for protecting your energy.

For the longest time, I had these expectations for what I “should” be doing and how “productive” I needed to be. I convinced myself that in order to contribute to the world and people around me, I had to give away as much energy as I could, even if I didn’t feel like I had it in me to give.

But let me tell you what I’ve learned in my journey with letting go of my people-pleasing tendencies….

Your energy belongs to no one but you.

It’s not something you need to judge yourself over.

It’s not something you need to have “enough” of.

Planning around your own energy levels is the best way to show up completely present for the people in your life.
