Stop Trying to Be "Perfect"
In this episode, I talk about perfectionism—where it comes from, how it shows up in our lives and businesses, and what we can do to let it go. I share my personal journey with perfectionism, from growing up in a strict household to navigating the pressures of entrepreneurship, and how somatic practices have helped me rewrite my relationship with it.
Perfectionism can be such a heavy burden, especially for those of us who feel like we have to “get it all right” to succeed. But here’s the truth: you don’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
Whether it’s your content, your website, or your coaching practice, you don’t need everything polished before you put it out into the world. In fact, the more human, real, and imperfect you are, the more you can connect with others authentically.
If perfectionism has been holding you back, this episode is an invitation to give yourself permission to be messy, to feel through those deep-rooted fears, and to create with freedom and flow. Let’s talk about how to release that pressure, embrace our imperfections, and show up with more ease.
