Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Adjustable Posture Corrector Back Brace. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at castanedalondonod@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. You do not need to send the item back — once we verify the issue, we'll send you a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer.

Changed your mind: If you'd like to return the item for any other reason, contact us at castanedalondonod@gmail.com within 30 days. Because return shipping costs typically exceed the value of the item, in most cases we'll offer a partial refund without requiring anything shipped back. If you'd prefer to ship the item back for a full refund, we'll provide instructions once you contact us.

Refunds: Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
